Local industry needs a strategy

"Since our wines won international awards in recent years, the Ningxia government has come to realize that our vine and wine sector should be positioned as a green, sustainable industry in terms of long-term economic and social development.

"A few strategic adjustments have been made by the regional government to better cater to the growth, some measure of which are the first of their kind in China.
