7. 注入正能量

雙方要求同存異、求同化異。凡是有利于為兩國關系注入正能量的，都要做“加法”；反之，都要做“減法”。
Both sides should seek common ground while reserving or resolving differences. Anything conducive to injecting positive energy into the bilateral relations should be done by "plus"; otherwise, by "minus".
