“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇將于5月14日至15日在北京舉行，習近平主席將出席論壇開幕式，主持領導人圓桌峰會等相關活動。目前已有28個國家元首和政府首腦確認出席論壇。

The Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, which takes the theme "strengthening international cooperation and co-building the 'Belt and Road' for win-win development," will be held from May 14 to 15 in Beijing. President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony and host a round-table leaders' summit.
“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇將于5月14日至15日在北京舉行，論壇的主題為“加強國際合作，共建‘一帶一路’，實現共贏發展”。習近平主席將出席論壇開幕式并主持領導人圓桌峰會。

“一帶一路”（the Belt and Road）指“絲綢之路經濟帶”（the Silk Road Economic Belt）和“21世紀海上絲綢之路”（the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road）。2013年9月和10月，中國國家主席習近平在出訪中亞和東南亞國家期間，先后提出共建“一帶一路”的重大倡議，得到國際社會高度關注。

“一帶一路”貫穿亞歐非大陸，一頭是活躍的東亞經濟圈（the vibrant East Asia economic circle），一頭是發達的歐洲經濟圈（developed European economic circle），中間廣大腹地國家經濟發展潛力巨大。絲綢之路經濟帶重點暢通中國經中亞、俄羅斯至歐洲（波羅的海）；中國經中亞、西亞至波斯灣、地中海；中國至東南亞、南亞、印度洋。21世紀海上絲綢之路重點方向是從中國沿海港口過南海到印度洋，延伸至歐洲；從中國沿海港口過南海到南太平洋。

“一帶一路”建設是沿線各國開放合作的宏大經濟愿景，需各國攜手努力，朝著互利互惠、共同安全的目標（the objectives of mutual benefit and common security）相向而行。努力實現區域基礎設施更加完善（improve the region's infrastructure），安全高效的陸?？胀ǖ谰W絡基本形成（put in place a secure and efficient network of land, sea and air passages），互聯互通達到新水平（lift their connectivity to a higher level）；投資貿易便利化水平進一步提升（further enhance trade and investment facilitation），高標準自由貿易區網絡基本形成（establish a network of free trade areas that meet high standards），經濟聯系更加緊密（maintain closer economic ties），政治互信更加深入（deepen political trust）；人文交流更加廣泛深入（enhance cultural exchanges），不同文明互鑒共榮（encourage different civilizations to learn from each other），各國人民相知相交、和平友好（promote mutual understanding, peace and friendship among people of all countries）。

本次論壇主要活動包括開幕式、領導人圓桌峰會和高級別會議三部分。領導人參加的圓桌峰會是本次論壇的重點，分為兩個階段，第一階段議題是：“加強政策和發展戰略對接，深化伙伴關系”（better integrate the policies and development strategies of the countries along the Belt and Road, deepen partnership）； 第二階段議題是：“推進互聯互通務實合作，實現聯動發展”（push forward connectivity and practical cooperation and achieve inter-connected development）。圓桌峰會期間將舉行工作午餐，領導人將圍繞“促進人文交流合作”（enhance people-to-people exchange and cooperation）議題展開討論。

論壇將重點打造四方面成果：
凝聚更多共識（pool more consensus）
明確合作方向（identify cooperation directions）
推動項目落地（push forward the implementation of projects）
完善支撐體系（improve supporting systems）

論壇總體以“五通”為主線：政策溝通（policy coordination）、設施聯通（facilities connectivity）、貿易暢通（unimpeded trade）、資金融通（financial integration）、民心相通（people-to-people bond）。

論壇期待達成的目標：

以本次高峰論壇為契機，打造一個更加開放和高效的國際合作平臺（use the forum to build a more open and efficient international cooperation platform）。

以共商、共建、共享原則為遵循，構建一個更加緊密和強勁的伙伴關系網絡（build a closer, stronger partnership network through consultation to meet the interests of all）。

以開放包容、合作共贏理念為引領，推動構建更加公正、合理和均衡的全球治理體系（push for a more just, reasonable and balanced international governance system under the guidance of openness and inclusiveness, cooperation and mutual benefit）。
