The adoption of preferential tax rebate policies in the area should be encouraged to promote growth, and entry threshold between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong should be loosened to retain talent.
粵港澳灣區(qū)是國內一流的科技產業(yè)、金融服務業(yè)及制造業(yè)的中心，應給予該地區(qū)政策傾斜。政府應鼓勵在粵港澳灣區(qū)實行優(yōu)惠退稅政策從而促進經濟增長、放松內地與香港之間的準入門檻以留住人才。
