國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局1月18日公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2017年全年國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值（GDP）為827122億元，按可比價(jià)格計(jì)算，比上年增長6.9%。這也是2010年以來經(jīng)濟(jì)增速首次回升。

China's year-on-year GDP growth reached 6.9 percent in 2017, marking the first acceleration since 2010, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Thursday.
國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局1月18日表示，2017年全年國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值（GDP）比上年增長6.9%，這也是2010年以來經(jīng)濟(jì)增速首次回升。

國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值（Gross Domestic Product，GDP）是一個(gè)國家所有常住單位在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)的最終成果，是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算的核心指標(biāo)（core indicator in national economy measurement），也是衡量一個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和發(fā)展水平的重要指標(biāo)（key indicator in measurements of national economic situation and development level）。

"The national economy has maintained the momentum of stable and sound development and exceeded the expectation with the economic vitality, impetus and potential released," Ning Jizhe, head of the NBS, said in a news conference.
國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局局長寧吉喆在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，國民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)中向好，好于預(yù)期，經(jīng)濟(jì)活力、動(dòng)力和潛力不斷釋放。

寧吉喆介紹，“去庫存（destocking）方面，2017年末全國商品房待售面積比2016年末減少了1.1萬億平方米，比2015年末減少了1.3萬億平方米。糧食去庫存也都取得了明顯進(jìn)展。降成本（reducing costs）方面，2016年各種減稅降費(fèi)達(dá)到1萬億，2017年繼續(xù)減少了1萬億。”

此外，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的質(zhì)量和效益得到提升（the quality and effectiveness of growth has improved），民生保障繼續(xù)改善。去年全國城鄉(xiāng)居民人均可支配收入（Per capita disposable income）實(shí)際增長7.3%，跑贏了人均GDP，也比上年加快1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

國民生產(chǎn)總值（Gross National Product，GNP）指一個(gè)國家（或地區(qū)）所有國民在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)新生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)價(jià)值的總和。GNP是按國民原則核算的，只要是本國（或地區(qū)）居民，無論是否在本國境內(nèi)（或地區(qū)內(nèi)）居住，其生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營活動(dòng)新創(chuàng)造的增加值都應(yīng)該計(jì)算在內(nèi)。比如，中國的居民通過勞務(wù)輸出在境外所獲得的收入就應(yīng)該計(jì)算在中國的GNP中。
