李克強總理日前在第三屆莫斯科國際創新發展論壇上發表演講時提到建設“創新型政府”，這個詞用英文怎么說呢？

We are committed to building a pro-innovation government, and the top priority is to streamline administration and delegate government powers.

我們正在致力于建設“創新型政府”，首要的事情就是簡政放權，這實際上是給市場讓出空間，降低市場準入門檻。

“創新型政府”的英文就是a pro-innovation government，streamline administration and delegate government powers就是簡政放權。李克強總理還談到要put in place mechanisms that encourage innovation（構建激勵創新的機制），create an environment that protects innovation（營造保護創新的環境），cultivate an innovation-driven economy（打造創新驅動型經濟）。
