DRC Vice President Liu Shijin met with a delegation of senior diplomats from African countries on September 8. Dr. Liu gave a concise and comprehensive introduction to achievements and basic experiences in the reform and opening up process over the last 3 decades, as well as the major challenges China currently faces. He also answered the questions from the guests concerning China’s economic and social development as well as the China-Africa cooperation.
