On December 5, President Li Wei met with a delegation headed by Mr. Henri Proglio, Chairman and CEO of French Power Group (EDF). President Li introduced the general thinking on reforms illustrated by the 3rd Plenum of 18th Central Committee of CPC. Both sides exchanged views on the cooperation between China and France in the field of power, as well as the issues of SOE reform.
