3月27日，國家版權局、海關總署等有關部門就聯合加強知識產權行政執法等問題舉行了發布會。國家版權局副局長閻曉宏說，打擊知識產權犯罪不可能一蹴而就，但政府的諸多努力和措施已頗見成效，知識產權保護正穩步取得進展。
