奧巴馬在周二的國情咨文演講中聲稱美國已經(jīng)取代中國成為世界首選投資目的地，這一大膽言論讓一些經(jīng)濟學(xué)家莫名其妙。
The State of the Union（國情咨文）是美國政府的施政綱領(lǐng)，主要闡明美國每年面臨的國內(nèi)外情況（condition of the nation），以及政府將要采取的政策措施。
當(dāng)?shù)貢r間1月28日晚上9點（北京時間29日上午10點），美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬在國會發(fā)表年度國情咨文演講，以下為文字實錄：

法國總統(tǒng)奧朗德本以為宣布和瓦萊麗分手就可以甩掉丑聞，但是他的家務(wù)事還要讓他煩上一陣子，因為據(jù)瓦萊麗的朋友透露，瓦萊麗將向他索要巨額賠償費。
